Day 4 of 12

Hello Lovelies, hope this day finds you all doing wonderfully!!!  Today I have to share with you a tag I made to put on one of the kidlings gifts!!!  As some of you know Grumpies are my most absolute favorite Smeared Ink images... don't know why, can't explain it, they are though!!!  So of course I had to make a tag with the holiday grumpy on it!!!

He is sporting the only colored lights in my house... I colored him with my sakura glaze pens and sakura souffle pens then once completely dry I smeared the whole image with tea dye distress ink... The background tag is cut from some patterned paper.

I am not sure if the grumpies have a name, seems like at some point eons ago Terra and Tori had a name for one but I can't remember, anyway I have named this one Jingle and he shall be my Jingle and I shall love him and call him Jingle!!! (sorry, got finding Nemo on blu-ray and just had to channel Dori!!!)

12 Days Day 3

Hello Lovelies, today I have for you a card I made using a cute little image from of course Dilly Beans... I have no idea why I like these images so much right now but I do!!! Anyway I thought I would take this image and turn her into a cute little christmas card!

I colored her with my prismacolor pencils and highlighted some spots with the sakura glaze pens.  Mounted her on turquoise card stock and used my sakura glaze pen to do the little edging on that and the card.  The patterned paper came from AC Moore last year and I can't remember the company...sorry... the words were printed from my computer and mounted onto turquoise card stock as well...

Special post for Domino lovers!!!

This year Leigh The Sharpie domino Queen is having her very first 24 days of Christmas!   In this she has asked for players to make domino art to share on her blog in the Christmas/winter theme of course... I was so happy to see this that I signed up for 3 days!!!

I found some wooden dominos at goodwill with a circus theme to them and thought those would be awesome to alter as they are slightly larger than a regular domino. So here is the first of my 3 days. I used an image from Dilly beans made smaller of course, jewel tone beads some diamond stickles and sakura gelly pens and sakura glaze pens.  I used a image transfer technique to get the trees into the background then popped the snowman up in front of them.  These loveley little game pieces are sitting on my tree right now!!!

Day 2 of 12

Hello Lovelies, today I have for you another something I saw on Pintrest!!  You all know how I love that place!  Anyway it went perfectly with my love of snowflakes/men!!! So of course I headed to the $ store to pick up some supplies to make these and am in love!!!  UMMMM just so you know you can make 4 out of one pack so that makes them 25 cents each!!!

What you need are clothes pins and hot glue... The rest is up to you... on this one I used some chipped sapphire distress stain on the snowflake.  Then I stamped my image on the wood with versamark and used my perfect pearls to make it shimmer, cause how can you have a snowflake without shimmer????  YOU CAN'T!! I made a paper rosette and then someone sent me a little envelope of goodies last year during a swap I was participating in and this lovely little snowflake was in there so I wanted to use it as well!!!

This is the stamp I used on it... it's from Smeared Ink one of their Inky dreams images I believe.

I am entering this into the Smudgy Antics challenge this week!

Ok so for creepmas we bloggers have committed to posting one christmas/creepmas project for 12 days in December.  We start today and go everyother day until the 23rd.  So today I have for you a card I made using a Dilly Beans image and saying.  Mounted on some patterned papers from echo park the Holly Jolly christmas collection and Christmas Home by Teresa collins.  I colored my image with my prismacolor pencils of course and colored the edge with sakura gelly pens.  She is popped up as are the words!

This is what happens when you don't make sure you have pop dots before sitting down to make a project..... you have to use the left overs from the pop dot page... LOL  either way it's popped up!!

So remember that this is a hop and it will be awesome for you and for me if you come back every other day and comment on all the bloggers posts!!!  You could win a $100 shopping spree from Smeared Ink if you do!!!
