I am not sure if you can see them as I stamped them in the same color ink as the cardstock but there are grumpies everywhere!!!
Remember to head on over and see what everyone else has made!
It's also a new Beyond the Burtonesque Dolls challenge!!! Today we are starting a new challenge... it is make a project inspired by your favorite alternative christmas movie. There are so many alternative movies out there plenty to choose from!! Here is my project, inspired by A Christmas Story and Tim Holtz tags this year!
I also made these to go in the gift bags I sent to my family for Christmas this year! So this on Pintrest(love that thing) and couldn't wait to do it!!
Hello Lovelies, I said earlier that most of my projects would be cards but now looking back on everything as I am auto posting these posts I realize that half are cards and half are altered items….now the altered items are mostly domino’s but they are still altered! Remember that swap I was talking about a couple of days ago? Well here are half of the dominoes that I altered for the swap, I know I know we have 16 people in the swap so lets just say that some repeat, but why bore you with double pictures!!!LOL
If your interested in a swap like this or swapping in general, head on over to Penny Wise Arts yahoo group and see all the fun things happening!
Again the images are Itkupilli and the micro beads are from pennywisearts!
Remember to leave me some love and go and see what everyone else has made! Remember to win the prize you have to comment on every bloggers page every posting day! for the schedule please see day 2!!!

Here is the card opened:
Remember to head off and see what everyone else has made for you today!
Forever Night Challenge Blog is back with another freaky friday challenge for you!!! Today we are sponsored by Bugaboo stamps and I love these little skelly people! They are cute in a creepy sort of way! Today I made for you a scrapbook page. I know I know, pick your jaw up off the ground!!! Honestly people things can change!!! I think! LOL Anyway, this little cutie made me think of my kids when they were younger always trying to carry things that were to big for them, and some cute digi papers I recently got, so I thought, why not combine the two! I know she's carrying a present and that really has nothing to do with snow, except if your my kids, even now as teens, getting snow is like a gift so it worked. At least in my mind. Anyway there are no pictures added yet as we haven't had our first snow day this year :( but as soon as we do I am totally taking pictures, as always, and they will be added!!! So it's nice to know I have a layout already waiting on pictures instead of the millions of pictures waiting on layouts!!! Let me know what you think then head on over to the forever night challenge blog and play with us!!!! You know you want to !!!
Hello Lovelies, welcome back! I hope you are having a wonderful time on this lovely hop! Today I have for you not a card but an altered item! I have joined an altered domino ornament swap for the past couple of years. The host of this years swap asked a favor from the swappers, she volunteers at a nursing home in her area, and she asked us to make a few extra so that she could decorate a tree for the people there! So here is one of the extra domino’s I altered!
The images are from Itkapilli and the beads are micro beads from Pennywise Arts. Hope you have enjoyed my project today, leave me some love and go and see what everyone else has made. Remember the blog roll is on the sidebar!
Hello Lovelies, Welcome to another day of Christmas s&s style! I hope you have been enjoying yourselves these last 3 days! Isn’t there some wonderful artwork going on here!!! Today I have for you another card. Most of my projects will be cards cause I had to make them to send out anyway! Today’s card was inspired by none other than a stocking! I used some simple kraft card stock, some patterned paper, some distress ink,and a cute little Santa stamp!
Told ya he was cute! Now remember to leave me some love and then go off and see what everyone else has made!!!

Hello Lovelies! Nope it’s not a 12 days post it is Freaky Friday on Forever night!!!! I know I haven’t posted the last couple of Fridays and I am totally sorry about that! It’s been stoopid buzy!!! Anyway this weeks challenge is Nightmare Before Christmas!
So I have these images from Simply Betty that are wicked sweet! So I had to use them, then I thought, well what am I going to do with them! So I started googling(is that a word, it is now!), and boy the inspiration you find in images! So I am going to show you my inspiration photos first and then my project.
I love that in this picture Sally is the only color in the whole thing! So that was my first idea! Then I thought well I need to find a cool looking moon to go in the background so this is what I found.
And this is what I came up with! I used this blue moon as my color spot and it was the only color in my project!
I hope you enjoy and remember to head on over to the Forever Night Challenge Blog to see what everyone else has made and we would love for you to participate with us this week!
It’s here, it’s here, my 2nd most favorite time of the year!!! Welcome to the 2nd annual 12 Days of Christmas Smeared and Smudged style! Are you stoked? I am ! There are so many bloggers this year!!! So I have listed the blog roll on the right hand side bar! It will be there throughout the entire time! Today I have for you a card I made with a new layout I just learned recently! It is called a center step card and the tutorial can be found on the Bombshell blog!
Now you all know I am not a bragger or a tooter of my own horn, but I have to tell you that the green of his outfit, shoes, hat, and ribbons are all done with one copic marker! It took a while but yep I only used one color!!! I am totally proud of that fact!
Now wish me a happy birthday, tell me weather or not you like my card and head on over to the next person on the list! As I said before I have the roll posted on the sidebar!!!
Hello Lovelies, It’s time for another Bombshell Blog Hop!!! I am super stoked about this one as it is a color challenge and sometimes you just need that extra little push to get the creative juices flowing! On this I kept it pretty simple as there are 7 gagillion other things going on at the moment. I used the butterflies from the Butterfly Queen bombshell set!
Here is the color Palette that MS. Alison gave us to work with this month!
Isn’t it pretty!!
Here is my project:
Now off you go to see what everyone else has made for you today!!!
Hello Lovelies, I know it's been a while and I am sorry about that! Today I have for you a new Beyone the Burtonesque Dolls challenge:
Challenge #6 Repo the Genetic Opera Vs The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Two truly off the wall, rock operas, both great fun, and very different.
All you have to do for this challenge is create a project inspired by one or both of these films.
See, now that just makes you want to go and make something, even if you don't know anything about either of these movies, all you have to do is google them and the movies posters alone offer up so much inspiration, it's hard to know where to begin and most def. hard to stop!!!!
Ok Off you go to see what the other dolls have made for you!!!
Hello Lovelies, today I have for you a wonderful StampInsanity challenge!!! This one is so very wicked sweet! I couldn’t wait to play!
First an announcement from our fearless leader Ms. Beth!
Happy Thursday! Wow - 80 challenges. That's a milestone! I'm so proud of all the beautiful Groovy Gurlz and the beyond-words incredible work they've produced for your inspiration over the last two years. There are just no words. That makes the Big Announcement that much bigger –and more heartbreaking. This will mark the final StampInsanity Stamps Challenge. After a long, looong, decision process, I've decided it is what is best !there is not enough time in a day, and I am sure you can all relate on some level! I cannot thank you enough for your support, your awesome submissions that you've shared with us and the lovely comments and compliments you've showered over us. I think I speak for the Gurlz when I say your kind words mean everything! So form all of us, a big groovy Thank You. Surely you'll see each of us around the blogosphere individually, and we can't wait!
Phew! all that aside, we have a challenge for you this week! I LOVE this challenge ! do you know what a CASE is? There are variations, but the one I like is Copy And Steal EVERYthing! of course, that's a misnomer, because one should ALWAYS give credit to the inspiring artist! Some say Copy & SHARE Everything. Pick your poison. Be sure to visit the Gurlz' blogs for details on their inspiration ~ remember, each project was inspired by some other genius!
Hello Lovelies, I know it's been a while, I am sorry about that! It's been crazy busy here. We decided we were going to go on a cruise for Christmas so we have been planning that plus my cousin is having her first baby, and we are doing a big baby shower this weekend since it's the first baby in a long time, so I have been making games and things for that!!! Just not very much time to post although I am trying to get better! Also I signed up for several swaps that have to be done before we leave, well a couple more quickly because they are going to australia! Anyway, I know you don't want to hear about that so on the the project
Today is Bombshell sketch challenge. If you head over to the bombshell blog you can find all the nitty gritty details about this challenge. OH yeah, Bombshell has a new digi image!!! Here is my project
Hello Lovelies, Today I have for you a card I made for the SISC79! It’s called Chill Out and we want you to use your chilliest blues for this project! I used Henry and his Snowman for my card! I know I know Christmas or winter but you know it’s cold outside and I just felt the need!!! So here is my project:
As you can see I used several different shade of blue even on the snowman to make him shiny and also grey on the snow to make it dull! Of course it’s my favorite easel card! I’m trying to decide if I want to make more for Christmas or make something different for everyone… What do you think? Leave me some love and then head on over to StampInsanity to see what everyone else has made!!! You have two week to play in our challenge and I can’t wait to see what you come up with!
Hello Lovelies, Today I have for you a creation I made for the Beyond the Burtonesque Challenge Blog! Our challenge this week is Scary Kids. Yep that’s right, kids can be scary and we want to see your scary kids!!! I have this image and I can’t remember where it came from or when I got it! I am sorry to whom ever created her cause she is great and I wish I could give you credit for her! If anyone knows please let me know so I can credit the artist! Anyway she is just wicked sweet and the image itself is scary in a doll head cut off kinda way, but when you use two of her that’s just down right wrong, in a wicked sweet kinda way!!!
I used the movie, The Shining, for my inspiration for this project. Here is my inspiration photo…
They look like innocent little girls in this picture, but if you have ever seen the movie, you know they are anything but innocent!!! If you haven’t seen the movie please do! If you like scary movies and or Steven King you will love this movie!
Here is my project….
Isn’t that image awesome!!! I love her, and all I know about her is that her name is Gretchen!!!
I hope you have enjoyed my little foray into scary kids today and I hope that you come over to the Beyond the Burtonesque Doll challenge blog! We Dolls would love to see what you have created and what you think a scary kid is!!!!
I have some news for you also! The Beyond the Burtonesque Dolls challenges are now bi-weekly!!! WOOO HOOO that gives you plenty of time to participate!!!
